Different way of building bot
Hi Microsoft Teams, I'm trying to build a bot, send proactive message to Teams but most of the samples used Microsoft Azure Bot Framework. Is creating bot only allowed using the Azure Bot Framework? Or could we used different method or service to create our bot and still communicate with Microsoft Teams? We have a team working with customers and making platform recommendations for AI elements that best align with the use cases they are seeking to enable. Not too long ago, the Microsoft Healthcare bot showed “Schedule appointment” and “Benefits Inquiry” as scenarios that were coming soon to the health bot service, but today they are no longer showing up in the same screen. These particular scenarios are required for what and we are seeking help in understanding why they are no longer there. Co Is there anyone here who can help us understand if these scenario templates are actually coming soon, and if so, when they may be available?
Azure Web App Bot Connection Issues
We are exploring azure bot services; we have created a web app bot service on Azure and is using channel redirection to connect to the actual bot hosted on an AWS Instance. For the messaging endpoint we have given the URL of the bot on AWS; however this is not working as expected. It gives below error:- There was an error sending this message to your bot: HTTP status code GatewayTimeout Any advise on getting this sorted would be much appreciated.
