I use Microsoft Bookings. When people use my bookings page and book an appointment with me, the appointment invitation is correctly emailed to the person booking the appointment and the appointment shows up on my correct Outlook calendar. The issue I am having is that the calendar event settings do not, by default, enable the "Request responses" option and so when I view the event from my Outlook calendar, I don't see if the attendees have accepted or declined the invitation. When I schedule a calendar event without the use of the Bookings feature, the "Request responses" option is enabled by default. Is there a way to change the Bookings default settings so that "Request responses" is enabled by default so if the attendee accepts the invitation I will be able to see this when I view the event in my Outlook calendar? Is this a known "bug" in Microsoft Bookings that other users have reported to Microsoft or voiced as a concern in online forums? I feel like I can't get anything to work with Microsoft Bookings. Nobody in my organization can see the calendar I created except me. I tried adding someone as a staff member. That didn't work. I tried adding them as an administrator. That didn't work either. I tried sharing my calendar. They can now see my personal calendar but they still can't see Bookings. I tried downloading a report for them, to show them who had signed up for a Booking. I put in the date range as requested and the report came back with the columns of the report but none of the people signed up for the event or their contact information. Ultimately, I had to go in and manually create a report from the information displayed on the screen and even that was a challenge because it would hide the phone number when I tried to do a split screen on my computer. Ultimately I had to tab back and forth between Bookings and Excel to enter the information in. Anyone else having these problems? How do you resolve them? Hello, we have been experiencing the following issue: Service setting: "1:1", "Assign any of your selected staff for an appointment." A customer initially books a meeting with Staff A, and everything proceeds smoothly. However, if the customer reschedules to a time slot where Staff A is unavailable, resulting in Staff B being assigned, neither Staff B nor the customer receive a meeting link. Hello, I have set the minimal lead time to one hour, however when people want to book an appointment, they are not able to for the next two days, evethough there are no appointments tomorrow. Hello, Just noticed this on Monday, but several users are reporting that when someone books time with them the email notification no longer displays the staff name of who go the booking. I strongly need to change the standard email sent when you share your personal page beacuse the subject of the email has been translated like that: "Prenota un orario con me senza tante discussioni" that sound REALLY REALLY UNPOLITE. So i can't use this tool. Please let me know how to modify email or fix the error. I can suggest a correct subject: "Prenota facilmente un appuntamento con me.".
