Is there a way to make specific times "not bookable"? In the attached screen shot, i can see the option to select dates but not times. I have been able to make days "not bookable" but need to know if we can select a time to make it not bookable. Hello, I'm using book.ms as a corporate alternative to calendly.com One key feature that's causing me a lot of frustration is that I can't easily find a link to share, because they all look like this: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/Email address removed/bookings/s/laykOhAG3UutEdS0b5P_jFw2 Instead of this: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/Email address removed/bookings/s/joey_60_minutes So, every time someone asks me for a booking link, I have to make a long and cumbersome series of clicks to find the right link to copy-paste. I created a Booking System using List of Sharepoint, the requirments are as follow Booking Date: This is set to select the desire Date but not today Date or Past Date "I added the Enforce unique values and add the Column validation for it =[Booking Date]>TODAY() with the message to appear as "The date entered cannot be today or in the past." Booking Time: This is set as (Dropdown List) Morning: 07:00am-03:00pm Evening: 04:00pm -11:30pm All day: 07:00am- 11:30pm Now the requirement is If someone wanted to book Lets say on 31-12-2021 can able to book Morning and if someone/Same Person wanted to book on same day evening time can be done but the Uniqe Value of booking date is the issue, it dont allow double booking and if i removed this uniqe value then many ppl can book at same Day and time. And if someone click one All Day even then no one can book Morning and Evening. If anyone knows how please support, Validation or Java Script. Kindly provide the full details im new to this please. Hi, so I have a few one or two-day events that I need booking for. For each event, I created a new bookings page. Under booking page - default scheduling policy - availability during these dates: I choose the specific dates and put bookable when staff is free. Under Staff for each person I put that they are available on that specific date, for service I also choose that specific date (which is Saturday). And yet when I publish the page I still get all Saturdays available for bookings and the available date is the 6th of May. Can someone push me in the right direction regarding the solution? I set up a staff with a time schedule on Friday 5PM-6PM with a 10 minute per customer. This is the view of the first customer. the time slot still correct. after i booked it in 5:00 PM, i try to booked another appointment with a different name below is the view after someone has booked at that day. I created a service for a specific date, and everything works well except for the timing to book the slot. I've set the availability to custom hours, from 10pm - 6am, but upon trying to book the service using the link, it shows a completely different timing. Hi all, I'm hoping someone can offer me some advice. I will be actively setting up a page for my customers to book sessions in. Each customer will need to book two separate slots, however, I need to enforce a 2 day lag in between the two slots. Is this possible? I've had customers book both their slots for their same day, which has caused issues. I need a 2 day window in between to allow for testing. How can I make sure the system forces a customer to leave 2 days in between their slots? I've looked the scheduling policy section but I'm not clear if this is an option. Hope this makes sense. I often need to set 20 minute meetings, and don't want to start them at the default times of 15/30/45 minutes after the hour. I'm just learning Bookings, and I'm grateful for the service that allows clients to book time with me, and know details upfront etc. for individual 1:1 training sessions. However - I would like to create an open training session that anyone can sign up for. And it doesn't seem like I can set time/date in a service. As an example, Ideally a client would get to choose from services: Custom 1:1 60 min session (they pick the time when scheduling) Custom 1:1 30 min session (they pick the time when scheduling) Monday at 12pm for group session Thursday at 10am for group session Anyway to do this that I'm missing?487Views0likes0Comments
