I created a Teams Team and want to manage a premium plan project therein. I have the Planner-Plan 1 license. One external supplier is a guest in my Team but he cannot see the Premium plan. Is this by design or is there any wrong setting in my system? I could not find any information on this in the Microsoft documentation. The flow to flag mail getting into a task in Planner is great but the attachment of mail is not included. We like to use Planner as Trello for complaints handling by different assignees. The complaint mail is getting into Planner but the attached complaint file doesn't come with it by this flow. So to get this into Planner i would like to drag and drop attachments and files what Trello facilitates. Anybody smart alternatives or workaround or better smart Flow ideas?? I want to import the Project Accelerator solution for Project for the web (Project Plan 3). The solution can be downloaded form github https://github.com/OfficeDev/Project-Accelerator I am using a 30 day free trial version of M365 Business premium and Project planner premium with Project Plan 3. The suggested method to install the solution (as per above github repo Maintained by microsoft) is using http://powerapps.com/ > solutions > import solution upload the zip file download from the github page. I have global admin rights and using the default environment, and Rights to create Power Automate flows using the Common Data Service connector. However, when I get the following error message Solution "Project for the web Accelerator" failed to import: OptionSets import: FAILURE: SecLib::CheckPrivilege failed. User: XXXXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX, PrivilegeName: prvCreateOptionSet, PrivilegeId: XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX Required Depth: Basic, BusinessUnitId: XXXXX-XXXXXX--XXXXXX, MetadataCache Privileges Count: 5443, User Privileges Count: 1632 I am login in as the global administrator so all permissions must be already in place. In the Power Platform Admin Center, Environments > Settings > Users + Permissions > Security Roles and checked the user's assigned roles. All seems ok. Hello Microsoft Teams Community, We are experiencing a serious issue: the “Add attachment” option in Microsoft Planner tasks no longer offers the ability to upload files. Until recently, we had three options: Upload from computer Attach from Teams/SharePoint files Add a link to a URL Now, only the “Link to a URL” option appears. This affects all users in our organization and happens across all platforms (Teams desktop, Teams web, and Planner web at tasks.office.com). This is not a permissions or setup issue: The plan is connected to a Microsoft 365 Group File uploads via the “Files” tab in Teams still work No settings have been changed on our side This is critical for our business: we and our clients rely on uploading documents directly to tasks for project tracking. Without this function, Planner becomes unusable for us, and we’ll have to consider switching to a different tool. Can someone from Microsoft confirm: Is this a bug or a recent product change? Hello, I work as a project manager, and we want to use MS Project in the company. However, it seems to be not very user-friendly. How can I import a project file that has already been created in the MS Project Desktop version into the Project Web App (PWA) with all resources and tasks included? Even though I import the file, it does not show up in PWA, but newly created projects do. Another question is how to send email reminder notifications for tasks assigned to colleagues in PWA. Is it possible to work with both Project Online and the desktop versions simultaneously, meaning will the entered information be updated directly in the other version? hi all I have been having an issue where each time open planner it gives me the guide. this happens when I log in or refresh the page. Its three clicks that I would like to reduce when I'm trying to re-enter my day. there appears to be no option to permanently say I got the message and move on with my life till the next big update. the X removes the message so that would be one click, clicking next till the end dose the same, but as soon as I need to refresh (because the Planner is out of sync with the cloud) bam "easy filtering", "Create a task", "start a plan". I carried out a survey in the organization where I provide services and came to the conclusion that it is better to migrate all of ASANA's usability to MS Planner, one for reasons that for task tracking it is basically the same, another is the integration with the entire MS platform. But a bigger concern is that the organization has projects in progress and many tasks in history, however, I am looking for the best way to carry out this migration.
