Inside Microsoft planner can we only allow the assign to user to work on the task?

Inside Microsoft planner can we only allow the assign to user to work on the task? as currently any member can work and close any task even if it is not assigned to the user ?

Thanks

  • No, Microsoft Planner does not currently support restricting task actions (like editing or closing) exclusively to the assigned user. All members of the Plan have equal permissions to update, complete, or delete any task within that Plan, regardless of who the task is assigned to.
