Good Morning, I have a problem with my Teams. We had Teams before on a personal tenant, but now we've migrated to a new tenant. The problem is, i still see the old Teams tenant in the Organization selector. When i go to my Microsoft account and to Organizations i only see the current organization and not the old ones because i deleted my connection to the old tenant. Is there a way to leave the old organization within Teams?1.1KViews0likes1CommentNeed help deleting extra account in Teams under same email.
There are a lot of discussion on deleting account but none of them related to my problem. I have 2 personnel account under same email, and I want to delete free one (one appears to me as free and other connected to my office subscription). I couldn't find any option to delete that one. When I went to my account there is only shown one but when I open Teams it shows 2.744Views0likes0CommentsWhen opening Teams desktop app there is a choice of two users with same email address / Work account
One of my users (Govt. account) is presented with herself twice with the exact same email (as a login choice) when opening Teams. It does not matter which of those users she chooses to enter Teams with, the result is the same. There appears to be some duplication there. I've checked AD - there is only one account. I've checked User accounts on her device - there is only one account I've deleted and reinstalled Teams - but on starting Teams there are still two accounts listed with the same email address. User has not created a personal account with her work email address. I am out of ideas about how to identify and or remove this second duplicated account. I don't know where to find it. Any ideas? Hi, In our company we have experienced multiple times a problem with MS teams links. Specifically, when user clicks on MS teams link, system should open meeting log in page where it prompts for an username, but instead it opens MS account log in page. These links usually are sent from outside (partners, clients etc) and not all users have MS teams accounts under our organization (im not sure how its properly called). When I myself create a meeting and send our people Teams link, never i have seen this problem. I have tried to understand it, but i fail and this is one of the things that drive me mad about all social distancing apps. This problem can occur on both web based and desktop based Teams clients. Sometimes it occurs only on one of them. No consistency here. Anyone has experiences with this?4.6KViews0likes1CommentIssues With Account Photo
Hello, I have seen many people reporting the same issue, I have discovered some things that work, but I still have issues myself. So our issue was when we upload our account photo through Teams, the picture looks great until you click save, then it becomes very pixelated and even shows white on two edges, as if the image was too small. I have tried 100x100, 250x250, 480x480, 640x640, they all have the same issue. Even more strange, our company logo did not experience this when added as the Team logo. It seems to only effect the user's account photos. So, I tried many different resolutions etc as well, nothing seems to help. The only way I have found to upload the account photo and have it look decent is by logging into the Admin Center for Azure Active Directory, and editing the user accounts from there. It can take up to a few hours to show up everywhere, but it does seem to be of good quality. I did however do that for my own account, but mine seems to be the only one still having issues. I went through the same process as all the other users, but my account picture is only loading in certain places. I have attached pictures to show the before / after quality of the original method, and the fourth picture shows how my account shows up both with no photo and with the bad quality photo (using the same method). I even tried waiting 24 hours before complaining, to make sure the photo was loaded completely, but it was still not there as of today.1.2KViews0likes1CommentJemand hat bereits Teams für Ihre Organisation eingerichtet
Hello, I have a Microsoft Exchange Server 365 account from the Company I am working for. But I also created a new account with the same mail adress (cause I didn't know of the 365 account). So now everytime I try to connect to my Microsoft Exchange 365 account it seem to use the other account without licences or Connections to our Microsoft Teams. Is there any way to delete the old account or to reach out to the Microsoft support.1.8KViews0likes5Comments
