Microsoft Bookings - view calendar availability of external user added as Staff
Hello. We want to use MS Bookings for the recruitment process and we have the following scenario: 1. one recruiter from our Org added as staff 2. one recruiter from an external Org added as staff 3. the candidate who should be able to book a slot if both two from above are available. For that the candidate must be able to see the calendar availability of the 2nd recruiter (external one). I was able to add the external as staff, but his calendar availability is not shown. Is it possible to fulfil that somehow with MS Bookings? I have also added the external as a guest user in our tenant, but the calendar entries still are not shown. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Andrei.
