Word won't open on Mac

Every time I try to open a previous Word doc I created I get messages about permissions and I cannot open them. If I open a blank doc and create a new doc, it will not let me save it. This is very upsetting as I have a client who requires all his work be done in Word.

I have attached 2 files. The are numbered 1 & 2. That is the order I receive them when trying to open a Word 365 doc.

We recently ran into something similar..this particular issue was fixed using this:

If it isn't specific to fonts, its most likely still a sandbox issue, but the font fix resolved for us.

The same situation that I currently have met. I' m wondering if you have opened word document.
