Word - weird look with tables - unable to come back to regular view

Dear All,

I hope you can help me with my issue. I don't know how, but my Word suddenly started to show weird tables and I am unable to remove them. Printing looks good, but within edit view, I can get rid of these tables.

Any idea how to remove them? Thank you in advance

@karrrolek789 Go to File>Options>Advanced>Show document content and uncheck the box for "Show text boundaries".
