word 365 won't print envelopes on my HP inkjet
I downloaded and installed office 365 upgrading from my office 2010. I still have office 2010 on an older PC and have no problem printing envelopes. I get a "paper mismatch" error on my HP printer ...
On the computer with Microsoft 365/Office 365, you probably need an updated printer driver from HP (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers).
Stefan_Blom II think I fixed this:
update all printer drivers, factory reset printer
remove all printers from PC , restart. Install printer onto PC, restart
Seems to be working now.
