Wildcard search

Hello,

I am looking for a way to make a wildcard search for single or multiple in-text citations.

For example, I would like to find (Smith et al., 2016) and also (Andrews et al., 2013; Rose et al., 2010).

I haven't been able to find how to do this after some searching.

Can anyone help?
