Why Can't I Open Word?

Question

Folks, I can't open word, but I can open excel. With word, after I click to open it, I see it in the taskbar (see s shot), but it won't open the screen view. &nbsp;I tried updating thru excel but it says up to date. I did the online repair. Restarting doesn't help. &nbsp;It was working yesterday! What else can I try?? &nbsp;Excel shows version Pro Plus 2021, and I have win 11&nbsp;

JoeFromSD&nbsp;What happens if you try to open in safe mode?Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC - Microsoft Office&nbsp;Do you have multiple screens? It is possible that it is open off the screen.&nbsp;
