URGENT WORD HELP

I have a document with a 3 line paragraph which has a footnote. I would like the first two lines of the paragraph to show up on page 2 of the document and the 3rd line and footnote to show up on page 3 of the document but WORD is treating the paragraph as one item. So, if I delete the space between the last word of page 2 and the first word of page 3 it will bring the paragraph up to page 2, but when I then hit enter to get the paragraph on a new line, WORD moves the whole paragraph to page 3.
