Top of each page is cropped

Probably something really simple that I cant find. When I put a page break in, and at the start of a document, half the line is missing. But you can see from the Print dialog box, it properly displays and prints. What can I do to fix this behaviour?

Go to File>Options>Display and check the box for "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view"
