Quick Parts are saved in templates (never in documents). This means, of course, that you can share Quick Parts with someone else by sharing the template.
In Word for Windows, to see the location of a specific Quick Part, display the Building Blocks Organizer dialog box. On the Insert tab, click Quick Parts (in the Text group) and then click Building Blocks Organizer.
