Reviewer Comments

Hi 

I have a reviewer who has added comments to a document, I have "show comments" and "all markup" on but cannot see them. I can only see one comment I put in the doc myself. Does anyone know why this might be?

Do you see an empty comment box, or nothing at all? If you upload a copy of the document, one of use will investigate the issue.

Which version of Word are you running? 

Are you able to share a representative sample document?

@Stefan_Blom its windows 10, I can share a test document the one I am working on is a draft thesis so would prefer not to share it - but how do I do this? only see options here to share links and not upload documents? (sigh!)
