Problem with Microsoft Word Styles

I don't know why but my styles changed in one selected document I even tried to copy and paste it to another one with my regular styles as show in the second image but they just change automatically, how can I revert this changes? And why are they happening?

If you copy a text range, formatted in one or more custom styles, into another document, the custom styles will be added to the target document. 

Since many styles are based on the Normal style, you may see some formatting changes in the styles in the target document.
