Paste Format in Word on IPad

Failing to Paste format in Word on IPad.

I am told to Select and COPy source and then Paste Format.

Unfortunately only Paste appears NOT Paste Format

Please help

I have the same problem. There is are menu shortcuts to copy format and paste format but they don’t (seem to) do anything. I’m surprised by the lack of information on this.
