Office 365 Word - envelope printing problem

Out of the blue return address on envelope prints the second (right) portion , missing about a quarter of the left side (beginning) of the address. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software with Microsoft rep help to no avail. 

I tried to change the margin space from "AUTO" to .8". That corrected the problem. However, I need to do that for each envelope I print. It always reset itself to the "AUTO" default. The envelop size I use if #10.

Any know solution?
