When a user tries to open a Word document showing this error:insufficient memory or disk space
we are Try these steps.
* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
* Make sure there are sufficient free memory and disk space.
* tried to repair ms office but not issue resolved
* default template file rename but new dotm file not created.
we are using office 2013 standard 32 bit.
I can see that no one has chimed in for 2 weeks so I'm just checking to see if you figured this one out?
If not, please let me know where is the file stored (e.g. OneDrive sync file, external drive, network drive, etc) and will attempt to diagnose from there.
