How to bulk remove minutes from text.

Question

Hi&nbsp;I am trying to bulk remove timings ( i.e., 6:21 etc) from captions from a recording, example of a small section is copy pasted below. There about 20 pages of it! The times (shown on the left) are on the same row so I cannot separate them out.&nbsp; At the moment I am deleting them one by one which is taking forever. Does anyone have any ideas how to bulk delete them?Thanks.&nbsp;&nbsp;6:47commercial offices, industrial warehouses, hospitals, okay.6:53Retail, leisure, all predominantly, if not totally using frame construction.&nbsp;

&nbsp;
[0-9]{1,}:[0-9]{1,}^13
&nbsp;
With nothing in the Replace with control
