how can I search for long sentences in Word document?

Say, I want to find all long sentences that have more than 50 words, is there a search option in Word to find them?

If not, is there a macro code to find them when I want to find them, not always, just when I want to find them?

I found out that many sentences in my book are too long, so I want to find all such sentences that have more than 50 words and then cut them in half.
