Generate logfile or tracking record for applying password or remove password

Hi,

I have word document which has password for editing restriction. Our user can change only on some exception area in word document which has editing are allowed. But sometime editing is required in out of exception area, hence user needs password for editing in that area. For this reason, I need to record or logfile that which user remove password, applying password and how many times it does. Is it possible?

Note: We are working through LAN (more than 100 users) and we have more than 500 MS word templates (editing password protected) for each and every subject.
