Footnotes, help!

Hello! - So when i add footnotes to my document they stay one above the other and that takes a lot of space in the page. How do I set the footnotes to be one next to the other instead of one below the other? Thank you!

@Lima11010 Click on the dialog launcher in the Footnotes section of the References tab of the ribbon and expand the Footnote layout>Columns drop-down and select the desired number of columns to be used for the footnotes
