Envelope Template Problems
Several months ago I created a custom envelope using Word 2019. When this envelope was first created, I printed several envelopes. A few months later I printed more envelopes. I have printed over 500 envelopes using this template. I access the file today to print additional envelopes and one end of the envelope does not print. It's as if there is some invisible margin on the document that won't allow it to print entirely. Can someone please advise how to fix this problem so that I can print the envelopes that I need?

Perhaps a different printer or printer driver?
Most printers have areas where you cannot print.
I know that my standard envelope template had to be changed when I changed to a different printer because it was cutting off about a 1/4-inch on the left end of the envelope.
The printer driver is software and can also be different even though it is for the same printer.
