Centering issues

Hello!

I am having trouble with centering text. I am using clipart and then short sentences below it and the sentences are very clearly not centered. It happens on almost every page (see example below). Is there any way to adjust the measurements in Word to make them centered? Or is there another way to solve this problem?

As you can see, the text here is definitely closer to the right than to the left.
