Any shortcut for replacing WordArt text

Is there any shortcut method to replace text in Wordart document? The attached document has pages showing 1/140,1/140,2/140,2/140,3/140,3/140,....................140/140,140/140. I want to make 1/141,1/141........141/141,141/141. I tried Ctrl H to find and replace, but this tool doesn't find the text done in Wordart. Can anyone help with shortcut to do multiple word replacements ?

I can do manually, goto text, edit text......but I need shortcut as one file like this consuming more than an hour to do manually.

Can any great techie jump on it, please? I haven't got the solution, yet.
