add colors to a single palette

In the Create New Theme Colors window, it provides a limited number of fields, 4 text/background colors, 6 'Accents', and 2 hyperlink colors. What if I wish to define 6 text/background colors and12 Accents? Is there a way to expand the number of color fields within a Theme Color window?

The color categories are fixed in the Create New Theme Colors dialog box.
