Extended support of Win10 v1809

There are no plans today to delay the end of servicing for version 1809 Ent/Edu. We have tools like Windows Update for Business and/or Cloud Management Gateway, etc... that can help with upgrading remote devices. If we do decide to delay servicing, that decision would be made closer to May, and will be publicly documented in our product lifecycle page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/windows-10-enterprise-and-education
