ISSUE - Server 2022 b20234 - PowerShell Install-ADDSDomain still uses Codename for Server 2016

The Functional Level (DFL / FFL) for Server 2016 still uses WinThreshold instead of Win2016.

It would be nice if we could change this for consistency because no one cared to changed it after the beta
