FEATURE REQUEST - Enable / Disable Microsoft Products for Windows Update via sconfig

Currently one needs to enable Microsoft Update via PowerShell, which is only found in various docs. 

It is required for the OS to update part of non Windows Updates such as the Arc Connected Machine agent, but it is disabled by default. 

I noticed that behaviour on Azure Stack HCI 22H2, which is not very logic as it requires the AMA by default.

As such it would be great if sconfig could also include an option to enable / check or disable the setting, as there is no GUI in Azure Stack HCI and Server Core. The Updates to the Arc Agent are also relevant to security, thus the tag.
