BUG - VAMT does not accept Windows Server 2019 keys

Dear Windows Server Insider Team, after several postings with the 23H2 ADK I see no change here and this issue becoming a manifestation.

I would like to have a look into this issue, which cause is explained in the threads. 

It's still crucial to use this tool for licensing and activation management at scale.

Who can help me and customers to fix it in the ADK 23H2 and ADK preview?
