The "Troubleshoot Insider Build" button opens https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2021/08/12/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-22000-132/

Try to go Settings > System > Recovery > Fix problems without resetting your PC, if that does not work then you may try to go Control Panel to uninstall some of the updates that you've installed recently especially Feature updates.

    try opening cmd as admin
    1) net stop wuauserv
    2) cd %Windir%
    3) cd softwareDistribution
    4) del /F /S /Q Download
    5) net start wuauserv
close cmd and then check updates again.

Got the same problem but no solution, tried to fix windows update in registry, policies, reboot, force through PS and whatnot.

Nothing seems to work so I'm beginning to suspect the update is available, just not for me at the moment but i have no idea.
