Windows 11 insider preview installation failed

"Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22000.51 (co_release) Failed to install on 30-06-2021-0xc1900101" My pc successfully passed compatibility test and can run Windows 11 smoothly but after download...

Its installed now. But its not on the cpu approved list for the final release. Ryzen 1600

      Windows 11 Dev build downloaded and installed, then updated. On reboot Windows rolled back all the changes to my PC and reverted back to:

      Windows 10 Pro
      Version 21H1
      Installed on ‎7/‎8/‎2021
      OS build 19043.1083
      Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

        On this particular machine, my test lab rat, Ive installed versions of 11 home, 11 pro, and 11 enterprise successfully using a stack of ssd's and removable front bays. I have no TPM2 yet and have to move up a generation on the Ryzen CPU, both of which should be completed this week. The only reason I posted in installation was because there was no category that said MS is being too **bleep** about their TPM and CPU requirements.
