tinstalling insider preview build 17666.1000 stuck at 80%

i've been having an issue getting WIndows 10 insider preview 17666.1000 (Rs_prerelease)

Status: preparing to install - 80%

and it just sits there

i'm running windows 10 insider build 17134.48 from the slow ring trying to upgrade to the fast ring

    this randomly fixed it's self i go to shut it down this morning  for it's weekly reboot and the update was waiting so idk what i did

    Same issue here. Happened when i changed from slow to fast ring. Already did windows update clean up, tried updating again, still sticks at 80% "preparing to install"
