NaviVR i have a question for everyone, by any case your computer have NVIDIA video card?
if thats the case, there is audio controler from nvidia that make that mess on windows 11, i had the same problem had to switch the audio ouput every time, i did a uninstall of the audio driver to make it work all the time, sorry if i cant give the name but i remember is something related with nvidia audio
the audio drivers make a conflict thats why it switch randomly sometimes
