I was in the same boat needing to convert a bunch of PNGs to WebP on my Windows PC, and honestly, Any2Pic made it super easy—no tech skills needed! Just load up your images, and it handles the rest without any quality loss.
I found it here: (worked for me)

PS: It not only supports Win 11, but also supports macOS.

If you are looking for the best PNG to WebP converter, and if you have Photos. Although it doesn't natively support saving as WebP, you can use it for viewing and accessing images effortlessly:
- Open the PNG file in Photos.
- Then use the Edit Image feature and make any quick adjustments if desired.
- While you can't save directly to WebP, you can screenshot and edit to save it as a WebP image using online tools afterward.
