Slow startup windows 10 preview

I have build 17741 rs5_180814-1430 installed not on this computer.  yesterday I spent most of the day reinstalling windows 10 only to have it apparently download preview install it and restart and it...

      The ISO file might be corrupt. You can redownload the ISO and then reinstall windows again.
