Remove Caret Browsing from Windows Defender, Clock, Store and all other apps

When pressing F7 in most of the apps in Windows 10 such as Windows Defender, Clock app, Xbox app, Feedback hub app itself, Microsoft Store, Calculator app etc. you get Caret browsing option, which doesn't even work and makes no sense.
