Major problem with Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043145)

I had the same thing yesterday downloaded the windows update KB5043145 - Then after restart could not use my USB mouse stopped working, managed to get the touchpad working then uninstalled the update. I would off thought Windows would have tested this update before pushing the thing out, very unprofessional.
My computer is Inter(R) Celeron (R) N5095A - Windows 11 Home Ver 23H2

Same here. USBs and bluetooth does't work. How can I uninstall this update? I have a mele quieter 3c minipc and the update doesn't appear in the list to uninstall. I can't uninstall it.
jorgapa Same issue after update, same PC (mele quieter 3c ). Go into windows update and "history of updates" scroll all the way down to "uninstall updates" then you can uninstall the kB5043145.
I reverted back and now the USB xHCL controller is back working.
Don`t forget to "pause" update for few weeks (from the win update panel)
