It says that there's a new Insider build but when checking Windows Update I'm up to date.

Under "Windows Insider Program" in Settings it now says "A new build is available in Windows Update" but when I open Windows Update and check for updates it says "You're up to date". I am new to the Insider Program and wonder what I am missing here. Is there an update that I am not getting or is it just that it hasn't hit my Windows Update yet?
