my windows insider also keeps crashing...green screen

Are you able to boot into Windows?yes i am..it started like a few weeks ago
this error is from the latest insider update..
i want to unenroll from insider immediately without losing any data...how do i go about that
if not immediately it said i will automatically unenroll the next update..so whens the next update?
