Laptop inbuilt camera isn't working after windows update

When I went to repair the Windows then "Keep Files" option is greyed out since I wanna keep my files, I couldn't complete the repair windows process.

Deleted I downloaded the Windows 11 64bit ISO file from microsoft official page and right click to open with window explorer and clicked the set up to repair the windows but the "Keep files" option is greyed out. But I wanna keep my files and don't wanna install fresh windows. Since my main issue is camera so prime concern is to repair and resolve the corrupted or missing camera drives/files.

I see, did you make sure to choose the right language?Also, may I ask if you could right click the file -->properties and find the version number?Thanks!Shawn

I downloaded Windows 11 9multi-edition ISO for x64 devices) and selected the English language for the repair process. Here's a link : https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
