When I went to repair the Windows then "Keep Files" option is greyed out since I wanna keep my files, I couldn't complete the repair windows process.

Sep 05, 2023Thanks for sharing the issue Sandy!
Wondering how exactly are you repairing the windows?
Going to aka.ms/winup you can download or run the Media Tool/ISO and then be able to in-place upgrade!
Likely the ISO thou is using is a older version and can't be used.
Hope that helps!

Deleted I downloaded the Windows 11 64bit ISO file from microsoft official page and right click to open with window explorer and clicked the set up to repair the windows but the "Keep files" option is greyed out. But I wanna keep my files and don't wanna install fresh windows.
Since my main issue is camera so prime concern is to repair and resolve the corrupted or missing camera drives/files.
- AnonymousSep 06, 2023I see, did you make sure to choose the right language?
Also, may I ask if you could right click the file -->properties and find the version number?
Thanks!
Shawn- Sandy2liveloveSep 06, 2023Copper ContributorI downloaded Windows 11 9multi-edition ISO for x64 devices) and selected the English language for the repair process. Here's a link : https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
