Beta Build 22581.200 / Some icons in system settings tofued

Some system icons tofued up when I installed update to 22581.1 (and still continued to 22581.200)

I have some questions about it

A. Is this system icon controlled by ttf font, or some dlls?

B. Is there some required file to fix this problem?
