Sign up Windows Insider program from microsoft website and download the Insider ISO to make a bootable USB.
Where to download Windows Insider Builder ISO?
You double click the ISO in File Explorer, copy the contents to some random folder (like D:\iso), and then split up the install.wim file manually.
