@johnmercs we have a client that is having the same issue on 9/10 Windows 365 virtual machines. We have had cases (yes plural) open for a week now and we are no nearer a resolution than we were to begin with.

Not sure if changes like changing the Business hours on my Cloud PC resolved the issue coz I am not facing the issue anymore.
Are you referring to the "Active hours" setting in Windows Update settings? That only allows 18 hours max range but I don't want my Windows 365 machine to shut down at all.

@Leroy231

We had to open up a case with Microsoft and go through several levels of folks back and forth before it was admitted that they were shutting down Windows 365 machines outside of perceived business hours, and they needed to do something for us in order for it to stop happening. They have done whatever they did and it hasn't happened since.

Is this issue still happenning?

@vigneshwaran_velayudham interestingly when I had commented prior this issue was happening daily but now when I checked this machine hasn't been getting restarted daily anymore starting about 2 weeks ago.
