Windows 365 required URLs, where to add?

Hi,

I'm trying to setup Windows 365 Hybrid Azure AD Join but I have some trouble to get pass the Azure network connection checks. It fails at step Environment and configuration is ready with the following error:

A required DSC script cannot be accessed or run.

During provisioning, some PowerShell DSC scripts are executed on the Cloud PC. We were unable to either download these DSC scripts or execute them. Please ensure your vNet has unrestricted access to the required endpoints, and that PowerShell is not blocked in your environment or Group Policy. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156206

According to the documentation below we need to allow connectivity to the required URLs and ports but I have no idea where too add these.
We have a Site-to-Site VPN up and running and a vNet configured in the same resource group as Windows 365.
Can someone please attach an image of where these URLs are supposed to be configured? It would help a lot as I have gone through the whole Azure settings without finding it 🙂

Best regards
Daniel
