Windows 365 Cloud PC Vs Citrix WorkSpace
Hello Team,
My Company planning to interduce Desktop As a Service to provide Cloud PC to employees and replace physical laptops. here need all of your advice for the below points.
1. key difference between Windows 365 Cloud PC and Citrix Workspace Cloud PC. ?
2. Security features in Windows 365 Cloud PC ?
3. Can Windows 365 Cloud PC be up to standard compared with Citrix Cloud PC ?
we also had a plan for Azure Virtual Desktop shared image plan as well but it was dropped due to feedback from the employees regarding challenges faced with shared images. Leadership decided for Cloud PC for all employees 2000+.
Please share the valuable information on this. appreciate everyone

Deleted Some of the key differences were already explained. Since there are usually follow-up questions that go into specific details, I offered to connect directly and answer those.
Not a direct answer about the differences, but I also want to point out that Microsoft and Citrix recently announced the integration between Windows 365 and Citrix HDX, to bring the best from both worlds together. Here are a few links to find more information:

2. Security features in Windows 365 Cloud PC ?
Plenty of Security feature - Conditional Access (MFA/Device Compliance), Endpoint Security with Defender (EDR, XDR etc.), Security Baselines (Windows 365 Baselines) and TPM module enabled by default with disk encryption out of the box.
3. Can Windows 365 Cloud PC be up to standard compared with Citrix Cloud PC ?
The biggest difference is the protocol RDP VS ICA. If you have the end-users accessing the desktop in the same region of Azure subscription, there isn't any latency issues as such.
