I have checked the admin center. I have a Windows365 licensed assigned to my user. I assigned it when I started my W365 trial subscription

If you are part of the following RBAC groups and W365 license assigned ideally it should work.
RBAC:
Global Administrator
Intune Service Administrator (also known as Intune Administrator)
RBAC:
Global Administrator
Intune Service Administrator (also known as Intune Administrator)

I have both roles and the license assigend to my account. Are you facing the same issue? My guess it's not a rights issue but a design issue on Microosft's end. I have contacted Microsoft Support twice with no response so far.
Could you be so kind and try to access the settings menu for W365 under this link in your tenant(https://endpoint.microsoft.com/?ref=AdminCenter#view/Microsoft_Intune_DeviceSettings/DevicesMenu/~/Cloud%20PC)? Do you see the same banner I do? If not, do you get a different URL for the settings menu and can you please post it below? I think this could be a potential workaround until Microsoft fixes their site.
Best regards,

You are right, I have W365 business license not enterprise. Thank you for your help, it was a licensing issue after all.
